Independent Social Work Assessments - Assessors
All Children Matter has a large pool of 20+ dedicated Independent Assessors, all of which have extensive experience in the field of children and families. Many have worked and continue to work as Team Managers, Children's Guardian's, Senior Practitioner and Senior Social Workers.
All of our Independent Assessor’s work within the parameters of Statutory Guidance, Legislation, GSCC codes of practice, BASW codes of ethics and Local Authority procedures. Each assessor has professional indemnity and public liability insurance, furthermore each has an enhanced CRB check.
To ensure that our reputation is not compromised, All Children Matter operate a stringent recruitment process to ensure that our Independent Assessor’s deliver commissioned work to a high professional standard. We are extremely selective within this process and decline more candidates than we accept.
Each assessor is presented with a registration pack at the point of registration, all of our assessors must adhere to our Policies and Procedures and each assessor has also signed a Terms and Conditions Agreement, which provides them with strict and clear guidance on the expectations of our Independent Assessors.
